i have installed the demos as well but still when i try to import PRE-BUILT website i get this error in every template.. can you please look into this..

You can edit the .htaccess file or the php.ini if available.

Thanks a lot man. I have now been able to get the Lab 3 demo working. I had issue with error "Package could not be downloaded". Totally resolved now
