i can easily make a child theme with my own, or collect the old one here. but i want to know if there is a new official child theme version for 1.5. if any, please share.

Use the existing one from an older version in this thread, doubt the child theme would be updated.

Don't know what check you did, but this child theme is definitely different. The functions.php file has changed. And the theme authors clearly indicate it's different from the original with the version number of this child theme set at 1.1

But I should add that I don't encounter any problems: not with the latest Bricks version and the old child theme nor with the latest Bricks version and the new child theme.
