Well, as a Software Engineer myself, here is what I had to do to resolve mine.

Run "php artisan storage:link" without the quotes
After linking, run "php artisan key:generate" also without the quotes.
Then, in the root of your project, run "chmod 775" without the quotes for the following directories
  1. bootstrap/cache
  2. public/storage
  3. storage
  4. storage/framework/
  5. storage/framework/cache
  6. storage/framework/cache/data
  7. storage/framework/sessions
  8. storage/framework/views
  9. storage/logs
This should resolve your issues. If you still experience it, kindly share and I might assist further.

İ watched youtube videos and read some blogs to solve this isseue like you said. but i am not a developer and i dont know how to run these codes on cpanel. would you please help us? there is an 500 internal error on the step of importing .sql database. Thanks in advance.

Can you please verify whether fileinfo extension is enabled or not ? if it was not enable please enable it else please share your Log file. by going to storage/Log in your root directory.

After the update from working v6.4 step by step
i got error in frontend: 500 SERVER ERROR
admin panel still works only the
/website-com/en/admin/settings/theme/homepage
403 NOT FOUND THEME SETTING
