Also cannot import these.
Import stuck on 1%

PHP file upload = enabled
maxfile upload = 256mb and max post = 256mb

tried different layout and cannot import anything.

using import from library section.

this is brand new Wordpress installation with no other plugins except divi theme and woocommerce.
using divi 4.6.6 wp 5.5.1

Check the (max_execution_time & max_input_time) i usually set the execution time to 300, and input time to 600. Works for me.

finally got it to work.

in my case, seems like permission issues on web server.

i changed permissions on my "/wp-content/uploads" to 777.
then import layout
then changed permission back to default 755.

tested on 4 different domains, hosted by the same hosting provider and all worked after changing permissions

contacted my hosting provider support to check permission.

Glad to hear you got it sorted out that's odd for the hosting to put permission restriction on the uploads folder. Were you not the one who setup Wordpress?
