Remove the ; from the start of the max_input_vars line. The ; symbol comments the line out.
this is system info in Elementor, even I changed to 5000 in config.ini

ok I am going to install 7..4, I install 7.4 version and dual are installed, one folder named xampp at c drive and 7.4 also installed at c drive xampp1 but it is giving me an error that is below

I've not used Xampp for quite sometime but I don't think you can have 2 versions installed at the same time.
I actually recommend Laragon over Xampp.

Padding in columns doesn't work :/. In sections works but in columns doesn't. Margin is working as padding. example here https://snipboard.io/XTLAdO.jpg

I suspect that is an actual Elementor bug rather than an issue with our nulled version. If I get a chance I'll check later.

Or a theme styling issue.. Does the theme your using support Elementor? Padding in columns works fine for me.

this is not at all blocks , sometimes block or template inserted and at few templates or block this happens ..
