I am very new to this, i had installed last version a few days ago. IT was perfect, i have downloaded the new version today. i have separated both the elementor and pro files. But bow to install/overwrite them in dashboard.

I use Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades. Then, just go and add Plugin from WP and it will overwrite old version of Elementor.

It's an additional plugin for Elementor from 3rd party developer. You can use with Elementor.
You need to install their free plugin to use this paid addon.

Apart from the solution by Tomz I could see you are using free hosting. Free hosting doesn't works well with Elementor. Elementor is quite heavy to run on free hosting.
