What is the difference between a NULLED plugin and an Untouched for Nulling, I would very much like to understand this mechanics of plugins in WP.

nulled -> license removed.
untouched -> requests a license.

You can't import Elementor Pro templates with untouched version. That's the main thing and plugin asks license key itself.
