You must install Fileinfo extension if you are on vps or ask your host provider to add it for your shared host

he was trying to say there is an error with flutter dependencies in older version
php.ini
;extension=php_fileinfo.dll
just remove (' ; ') and save
OR
create your own php.ini file in the root folder of your directory.
For example, if you are making changes on a server then it should be inside the public.html folder.
create file name php.ini it will override the settings. just add in the file
extension=php_fileinfo.dll
