I have been using this trick for quite a time and saw its not here.
so here it is.

For Example I will use "thrive comments", for that it will be like.
>thrive-comments\thrive-dashboard\classes\Product

and there you will see file 'LicenseManager.php' (open it)

and find the piece of code like below vvv (should be around line number 130)

Code:
protected function checkData( $item = null ) {
        if ( empty( $this->license_data ) ) {
            return false;
        }

        if ( in_array( self::ALL_TAG, $this->license_data ) ) {
            return true;
        }

and EDIT the code to be like this below vvv

Code:
protected function checkData( $item = null ) {
        if ( empty( $this->license_data ) ) {
            return true;
        }

        if ( in_array( self::ALL_TAG, $this->license_data ) ) {
            return true;
        }

and thats all.

NOTE(s) :-
  1. You have to do that in all the files for all the thrive plugins installed. (so if you have three thrive plugins installed then do that for every plugin)
  2. This trick will give you free updates and you WILL HAVE TO repeat the process after every update (better keep the auto update off)
  3. I have used it on three plugins 'thrive comments', thrive headline optimizer and clever widgets.
  4. LOL so basically just changing one 'false' to 'true' will make it work.
(Thank you.)

Hey Man,

Thanks for this, but how do you update the plugin within the WordPress dashboard? After changing the 'false' to 'true' I still don't see anywhere that I can update the plugin? What's the procedure so I can update the plugin within the dashboard?
