Apple Store app requirements are very strict. Even you can generate the ios build, it's just 20% of the whole process to get it published on the appstore. Simple app will easily get rejected. Only multi functional apps will passed the review process.
Ya I can only worry about it when I have the IOS build of my app lol , so can you help me about it please? If you have time offcourse, just generating the IOS build that is already built.

flutter can connect & publish directly. Most platform use the same method for ios publishing. No more IPA/code export. Just follow the docs https://docs.flutter.dev/deployment/ios
