Hi, please help, how to open/view/read this CFG file (router config file backup).

Here is the file:

Open with:

1. Notepad: failed-scrambled characters
2. Notepad++: failed-scrambled characters
3. Routerpassview: failed-blank

Anyway, that .CFG is some particular application's setting configuration file & should only work with that app . . . Encryption form doesn't get decoded easily .

I have done with routerpassview from nirsoft, but now it doesn't work.

As said above, based on encryption also - it may not be decoded easily .
