Hi everyone,

I got it! And worked fine.

For new comers, this is what I do.

1/ I created database from phpmyadmin. I opened mvc/config/development/database.php and mvc/config/production/database.php and added my database setting ( from @mapan )
2/ I opened mvc/config/config.php and changed the last line $config['installed'] = FALSE; to $config['installed'] = TRUE; ( from @mapan again)

4/ I downloaded and reimported the database in phpmyadmin with this goto (1).sql (from @sand again). Link for download: https://mega.nz/file/wEIhWQhC#YYE9gwHmNfOwxrKz-8yNsc_nf_0jUM5uCMZQiybz74k
5/ I logged In with admin as username and 123456 as password. And this worked fine for me.

PS: to @sand , the Settings update don't work! If I change data and click on Update Setting button, nothing come and no data changed. Please any help? Thank you for your time and resources!

to change the general settings, you'll have to do it through Phpmyadmin. locate the table called SETTINGS and update your info there. So far thats the only way to change Site name, address and Copyright text, every other changes can be updated from the dashboard.
Let me know if you have any issues. I also have a purchase code you can use to install it. but you'll have to step down to version 5.2 to do the install, after which you can replace the files with version 5.4. all nulled, no none sense.
