Yes, use the woocommerce hooks and change the behaviour using your child them's functions.php file.

Thanks i will try and see if i can make it work. Also one of my shipping is zero $ and i want to show it to be displayed. how can i achieve that to display ?

Call it "free shipping" and make it an option. You may need an additional plugin depending on the logic you need.
