also i can able to see the tag code is working on the Admin panel as well as in Kayako Desktop and getting the chat request too.

Yes you are right. Even i have added in the <head> <body> <footer> in wordpress and its not working. think i should wait for an expert to advise

you can look at offical docs may be there is something missing in wordpress side config.

As i said , i never used wordpress + kayako so cant answer clearly.

Its tested on localhost and live server

When i'm trying to access admin panel.

I did everything you said.
Php version is 7.4.

Oh i couldn't find the second line in sql.
At my end i found only 1 line with http:/localhost/...... to replace.
What else?

There are two times localhost in sql file. One at beginnig one at middle. So u must change both them.
