It's not that hard just custimize it to look good enough then add atleast 20 manga series and add it to you adsense.

Its for convience. Not need to create credit card. Not need to fear the cost will explode and suddenly you need to pay alot of money to credit company. You can use the credit for other aws service like ec2 lightsail etc for 2 years.
