If your site puts works that you and your team translate only. Don't be afraid of space, 250 GB is enough, but if you put all the manga and use crawler, you need at least 1000 GB.
I am also catching manually the manga, because i don´t have i plugin to crawler portuguese manga sites. If you know some that can crawler any site, i appreciate the tip.

Has someone knows why my pictures are burnt? A moment ago the pictures was ok, but suddenly it became burnt, and the chapters are very slow to load. I am using Google Photo api and using wp rocket. Has anyone had this problem? Another thing, when i enter to edit manga, the photos are ok inside edit manga. Thanks in advanced.

I found the problem. The problem were the cache. Google photos need to purge cache every hour.

Try to make sure that there is a style.css file in the madara file in the theme.
