It's in the CSS, but there's no no div with that class in the code, so that will not work.
I've de-activated the Mega Menu plug-in, and now there's a logo showing although the dimensions are off.
But anyway, it indeed has to do with the mega menu.

Standard logo size irrespective of Wordpress is 170x50
try this, If this doesn't work, there might be problem in theme
I was logged out, but I think if you want to keep using the Mega Menu plug-in, you can add your logo somewhere in the settings of that plug-in.

Oh i said what happened my customizing
never mind, when i check theme's options. @Mitchell Van Eimeren upload a logo for "favicon" not logo option.
And there have mega menu's option an there have also logo settings.
Anyway it fixed

I found its solution by enabling mega menu now logo is showing perfectly
