Most VPS are pretty cheap you can use sites like Digital Ocean, Vultr, etc. You can also use management like Cloudways which is the easiest for beginners. Keep in mind they charge double what you'd pay without using them, and their packages are all pre-made so you have very little control over that side. BUT, support is amazing and so are their security updates and services. Really good system. So if you're new, use Cloudways. I'm a veteran server manager for 23 years.
If you wish to skip all that use Hostinger and they'll help you as well.
