Nulled theme requiere with import demo content

Hi Buddys..

I am making a website for primary and secondary school. Could anyone please recommend a good theme with import demo content included for free.. I tried LMSmart its fine but i cant import demo contento, keeps asking for license wich i dont have.. So any idea guys?
