it's seems than the module in the add-on dir are old (2019), is it correct or is it a mistake ?

The gocardless addon (which has a more recent version, updated in August) has a bunch of content it will overwrite and break Perfex 2.7.1 in the .zip. Looks like whoever packaged it just put in the entire /applications/ folder from a previous version of Perfex.
But the install does works if you upload manually, skipping everything in /applications/vendor except the gocardless folder, and then edit the composer files (installed.json, autoload_static.php, autoload_psr4.php) to include the references to gocardless.
I can put this in a .zip but a newer version of this module would probably be better; looks like gocardless added some new functionality since the original version of this module was released.
