Will installing this nulled version unblock all the pro features? Like, access to the pro demo sites?
Also, when unpacking, I see 2 zip folders.
One called phlox-pro.zip and, the other one, called auxin-elements_nulled.
Is the last one a plugin? Or should I upload it as a theme as well?

Actually I think that is 5.3.8 but it is still the latest version on Themeforest.
I just got the 5.3.9 update through my WP Dashboard.
