I want to thank @TassieNZ and @NullMaster for all the time you invested in helping me get this issue sort it out.
Especially to @TassieNZ, who despite his health issues was still willing to go above and beyond in order to find an answer to my problem.
But I want to also give special thanks to @medw1311 he figures it out the issue. Apparently, my Astra Pro starter site plugin was causing some sort of incompatibility issue.
Once I deactivate it, I was able to import any demo site from Phlox Pro.
My site is coming together...THANKS, A MILLION GUYS! #babiatorules

How do i do direct import pleaseother method. not use nulled plugin. direct import.

I installed this theme. Some demos are not available and require activation. I'm asking because I'm new in this field, I am a student who wants to earn a little money in Turkey.
Is it possible that not all demos are available for everyone, or is there a way to make all demos available?

Tried and Pluins will not install.
I aded pluging manualy from previos download and imported a demo.
No media imported with demo although it shows downloading.
Testing on Local bt flywheel.

NOTE: On my install after updating Phlox Pro & Phlox Shop still say they need updating. This seems to be a bug from the developer.
