i am facing this when creating on admin details

Where did you get this information? Source?

just a reminder not always when it says last updated means the actual script was update or silents updates any change they made to the script description in Codecayon website will trigger the last update. Official updates that include a zip file will be notified by email from codecayon.

So there's probably a new script available.
For me, it sometimes happened to not receive the update email from Codecanyon.
