It is a good panel, just not for people who are not used to command line.
Often on Cyberpanel you need to touch command line for one stuff or other.
please suggest best control panel for VPS server (4gb RAM and 2vcpu)

sorry bro i just replied to @pcintav (but i forget mention him)To save money with good feedback, I use shared WHM/cPanel, but other people call it the crack version
There's no hosting panel that server admin doesn't have to at least be comfortable with using Linux shell.
There are some hosting providers that offer ISPConfig preinstalled when installing the OS through their DC control panel
it is like this
If you want more functions
1. Cpanel
2. Directadmin
3. Webmin
4. Cyberpanel
If you want less functions (stable)
1. Vestacp (or Hestiacp)
Thank u... presently i m taking trial of Fastpanel.... its working good and its free. one best thing, i faced some issues , due to i choosed wrong settings in panel...but developers responses every ticket within 1 hours and solved my issues... very supportive developer in free panel... So at present i m happy with Fastpanel... I will update my review after one year experience here....
FWIW I'd put Plesk above Cpanel
And depending on how many domains OP wants to host, many hosting providers offer free Plesk license for 10 domains

Don't use fastpanel, don't do it. it is bad because it makes lot of problem with "permissions". I have used it and I liked it but then I started facing permission issue. I used to upload files using ssh and the app was f##ked with permission problem.
to fix permission you to go in each folder and update manually.
Ok i will check... but i m not facing permission type issue. i upload files from file manager without any permission type issue. but i will keep ur suggestion. I use fastpanel on centos... centos is good... i didnt face any issue. and i m non-dev. so i like this panel.... maximum features available with this free panel... 8 websites hosted on my vps server ... and server is 2gb ram & 2cpu... and handled 8 websites with less traffic...

Be careful VestaCP is not updated, may have vulnerabilities. The best is only to use command line, without any painel if possible.
A Good alternative with same UI and design is HestiaCP or MyVestaCP which is a VestaCP but with updates and security patchs.

Keyhelp is a great panel, no gives headache and is free.
@Indiweb Did you tried Keyhelp control panel? One of best in my opinion.
TinyCP is also another one, but I didn't tested. Is very lightweight, and uses low resources in server.
There were many EU hosts offering free 10-domain Plesk, but it seems all I know gave up of it.

Just to add, besides the hosts who offer free plesk, one can get free plesk by himself.
The trial of 14 days can be repeated as many times you want, all you need is just a new email for each.
And depending on the host, the basic version can be pretty cheap too.

You already got a lot of suggestions. I tried also a lot but using HestiaCP (vestaCP) as a free simple admin panel. If you wan't to use these kinds of panels than keep in mind it is not user friendly, if you want to let others host websites etc. If you go this round please do not use VestaCP but use HestaCP instead this is a fork but with better security.
If you are looking for a paid alternative than others here suggested a lot of everything. If you need something advanced Cpanel is really good or something simple but powerfull than I would Suggest DirectAdmin.

Try once fastpanel.. I m already taking trial of fastpanel on 2cpu 2gb ram vps server and AMD processor... And hosted 8 sites on this vps... All working perfectly...cyberpanel
but you cant create email forwarder without create mailbox
and
cyber panel not have zone template. so you need create your own script or manual add
if cyber panel add this 2 option i will go to cyber panel
now i use cwp free is enough
pro is cheap
support must pay
