changes:
1. null installer
2. null license page
3. null cron license
bugs:
1. there are still some features that cannot be used because the 9tl3fplfln.php file in the admin folder is empty

look I'm not an expert, but try to do it all over again, save only the language, in case you don't use English. redo the database. here it is working fine. Also see this question:
