I like the design, I would work on picking post topics that are more fitness and food related. You need your site to stay on topic if you want google to show you any love. Right now with all the bible/quote stuff its kind of confusing what the site is about. Maybe make a separate niche site about bible/quotes stuff and focus on food and fitness for this site.
Yes you are right, that was why I started a separate site for quotes so I can limit recipe gym to food and fitness only
