I've got a strange issue with this plugin. I installed it on my production and staging sites, activated the plugin, entered a random license, all of which was fine for both.

When clicking on a theme:
- Production = loads customizer file
- Staging = shows the below error:

I don't get why... I did all this with the same plugin ZIP and both at the same time (had a Chrome window open on each of my screens). Can't see any errors in the logs either
