The core plugin is free. But Plugin has premium addons (bundle).
Yes, the base plugin is free. But the plugins are paid (there are a few free plugins, but most of the others are paid)i cant undrestand

The current resource contains the updated Main SupportCandy Plugin v.2.3.1 only but none of the premium addons bundled with it (like they were as above in v2.1.9
This causes a problem because some of the plugins have been updated and don't function properly now, e.g. Support Candy Ultimate FAQ addon has been updated:
"FAQ Integrations V 2.0.4 (20/04/2020)
- Fix: Not working on version 2.0.0 of Ultimate FAQ plugin"
So I think what's being requested is that new versions of the addons be included in the updated resource for v2.3.1 - hope that helps a bit!
