But what I did was reset my whole website to see if I can do a fresh installation of TheGem theme on my domain. So I installed the latest update of TheGem v.5.1.0 and after the installation, the theme wasn't activating and no plugins were installing on it.

I thought I messed up. Then what I did is that I installed the previous version and then installed the latest version over the previous one and the theme was working fine.

Is this something good or something to worry about?

Providing you did all your demo import successfully, then what you have done will work without issues. If any of TheGem plugins require updating and you don't have them, just ask.
