WordPress Page Widgets will not be with the latest null as needs valid purchase code to download it.

Main download nulled with both Elementor and WPBakery themes and plugins.
Tested few demos on both and all installed fine with all required plugins installed.

The 5.7.1 seems to work, under PHP7.4, but the demo importer does not show the latest New pre-built demos:
- Electronics Store
- Shop Electronics
- Bakery Shop
Does anyone know why?

That to me sounds more like it is an issue for their own devs and not anything nulled wise, especially given that support post, we need to see their response.
Also, I get the same issue with regards to the ajax popup on my local and that is running latest PHP v8.2.3, whereas test on sandboxes and it works fine, although the sandboxes I use are auto set for PHP v7.4.29 and v7.4.30 and I too don't get the Electronic Store showing. (Double checked on fresh sandbox now to just check again).
If the new theme demos were working fine for genuine purchased users and not for nulled version users only, then that would be an issue until the nulled version has it's demo content updated with the new demo imports.
However, as it is happening to both genuine and nulled users, I would say that there is an issue with the theme that their own devs need to fix, with the fact that running with the latest PHP v8.
I am not bothering checking again with a lower version of PHP as @mml has mentioned previously as it looks to be a common issue for all.
You say it works for you with genuine, however what PHP version are you using yourself and does the demos mentioned in the support post show for you or not in the genuine theme version?
To get it to run fine without issues, if you have access to your WordPress setup you can simply change your PHP back to v7.4 or lower, as mentioned in previous post from @mml

Finally, this won't make a difference to the popup happening, however make sure that your own WordPress settings are over the requested amount for any theme or plugin that you use.

First of all, I want to thank you for your long and kind explanation.
Yes, I agree with your analysis. I also remember when I made the first installation with the genuine Thegem on PHP 7.4 I was not seeing any demo at all. After a support ticket request, they all came visible, on that domain I am running PHP v8 and all demos are also visible. So yes probably all new demos will be soon available for the nulled releases.
