Hi, i active key and import Demos and deactive key. Then Export with All in one migration.
Can you give me another better way ?

That is the method I was going to try. But when I import your .wpress file with all in one migration it deletes my own admin user and replaces it with your one so I can't log in to the site.

As I mentioned previously the all in one WP Migration method works but you have to also give the wp login details for the account it was created with otherwise we can't login to it.
you dont need to Null the theme, you just need the Elemenets Plugin they have. I bought the theme works fine without using Lic

Login / Username can be viewed in the Database, there you can change the password to the one you need.
