A perfectly working Null of this is still not available anywhere even though we have our best Nullers @NullMaster & @TassieNZ working on it.

It is an absolute biatch of a theme to null fully.

I tried both versions and I was unable to make it work, it is always asking for uptade to version 4.6.0 even if I install thema and plugins manually, it seems that the nulled version is not working correctly.

I decided so:
1. Installed 4.5.8.1 nulled.
2. Installed demo content.
3. Updated to 4.6

try - TheGem Theme v4.5.4 Nulled?

I don't remember the version, but I did it this way.
I installed the old one, installed the demo, updated it.

I've tried 4.5.4 and doesn't work. And the previous version v4.4.1 Cloud Nulled is not available anymore.
