Mine at 17%, with perfect server settings. Only upload with no image and by choosing only specific pages is working.

Even with settings way above that there is still the image issues.

In my notes you will see that both 7.3 and 7.4 were f*cked, but with 7.2 got it almost 100%. That was with my null mind you, but not much difference between mine and the one from @NullMaster

I have tried 7.2 and also 7.0 with your settings (and above) with demo Digital Marketing and one more demo website - still stuck at 16-17%, I have tried on different domains, different settings like 10 times or more and waited for several minutes - all the same. May be there are some other settings of server that should be done.
guys cant import data getting the error Bad data package. Please re-try importing or contact our support.

Here is The Gem Importer (both versions in archive) with the brand new demos and doesn't need to upload demo files to Uploads folder.
How to use:
1. Make a new installation of Wordpress with empty database and without other plugins
2. Install The Gem theme and builder plugins (Elementor + Gem Elements for Elementor or JS Composer + Gem Elements)
3. Install The Gem Importer for the right version from this archive
4. Make sure that you have the right server setting:
PHP 7.0 or 7.2
max_execution_time 600
max_input_vars 6000
memory_limit 512mb
post_max_size 512mb
upload_max_filesize 512 mb
5. Insert in wp-config:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');
define('WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');
6. Choose demo and upload from settings in you wp dashboard
With this importer and these settings there is no stuck at any precent or has any problems. All images are being downloaded to the Media, but you will not see them at first. At least what I noticed with Elementor version, you need to go to the editor, find the element with the image, open it and you will see the name of the image (for example "image-22", the image itself will be empty), you need to search this image in the Gallery and re-insert it in the editor (the new that you will find will be visible). 5-10 minutes and the page will be exactly like the original one.
Please let me know, if it doesn't work for you, as I have different nulled version for the The Gem itself and Elements plugin (didn't try with the one that was uploaded above, but I think it should work).

Gem Blocks won't work I think, as there is different remote server system. I was thinking about buying the theme because of Gem Blocks, but then I tried preview of all blocks and they are so simple, so there is no need to use them, as there are a lot good templates in other plugins
