you may take a look at generate press then, easy to use and lightweight.
You can also costumize it for a three columned layout.

No need to find "specific" theme for 3 columns. You need to just 2 sidebars for making that page. If you dont want to spend time for it you can use any new generation news/magazine themes for making this like "jnews" "sahifa" etc.

they have dependencies with plugin, sahifa layout cannot be customize

It has own theme options panel do not use "customizer"
