@TassieNZ Just one question: As I had updated the previous nulled version (on which I had manually imported shapeshift), do you think shapeshift also got updated along with the theme?
If not, how do I update just shapeshift? If I manually import from you latest release, theme builder takes it as a different theme and resets everything.

You have to follow this steps:
1- upload the folder (shapeshift) to (thrive-theme\inc\shapeshift)
2- upload & replace the file (thrive-theme\thrive-dashboard\classes\Product\LicenseManager.php)
3- upload & replace the file (thrive-theme\inc\classes\cloud-api\class-thrive-theme-cloud-api-base.php)
4- go and download shapeshift from the cloud
That's all

here is what happened. i did a backup restore to a far version 1.0 so i got my site back. so naturally i have to update all plugins but instead, removed all and installed the thrive theme builder and followed the directions @freenulled just shared.LOL Please let us sort this out totally first! Then happy to look at Product Manager. Not related to this thread though!

so theme was activated and (old shapeshift active and working) so i decided to upload a new one from the cloud (that's after following @freenulled direction.
and i was hit with "download the latest version of thrive product manaager" which i did from thrive's website. trying to login, it automatically picks my email (which of course i have used to sign up an account on thrive's website.
from the product manager, i am able to download directly all plugin's and themes and obviously because the old version of shapeshift is active on the site, it's shown as active in the product manager.
when i go to theme options to download from the cloud, i am told "you don't have access to download this product, check your license"

the above steps it's explain for download and import the shapeshift from the nulled theme folder.. but it's looks like it downloading it from cloud but in fact it is not from cloud it is imported from theme folder!! .. it's integrated already!! hope you got the idea...

Yes I do. I can see it's trying to download from the cloud instead of the shapeshift folder created and I am thinking the fault is from the product manager. So if the product manager can be nulled, it means it will just download from the cloud.
so wordfence was the plugin causing the "template not saved" error. after putting it in learning mode, the header saves after replacement. all those facing that error should check their security plugins

Had tried just this
But it actually adds another instance of shapeshift theme (named: shapeshift 1) instead of updating the existing shapeshift. Basically what I think is themebuilder is looking at new shapeshift as a different theme as we are techinaly not pulling it from the cloud. And instead of updating the old shapeshift, it's just adding it as new one. (Again, I'm talking about shapeshift theme inside thrive theme builder theme. The thrive theme builder theme is updating and working just fine
(Thrive should really change names lol)

thats what is meant to be. other themes are coming. in fact, you should be able to make your own themes. and the name is really nothing because you can edit it from whatever you like. i believe persons with original license doesn't need to get the new theme if they intend to just update the old one...the cloud would do that.Had tried just this

there's been a massive update to thrive product. I am fine! (i have the latest update) I want to make a request. if you use thrive architect and acelle mail, you can help us get it's api integrated with thrive so we can use our own marketing platform instead of MailChimp or other expensive ones out there. simple leave s comment under this post requesting or asking if they will integrate it. https://thrivethemes.com/may-2020/?...target_all=1&tl_period_type=1#t-1589860871354 the more people that request for it, the more the better the chances of adding it.
