I don't know codeigniter, I use Laravel.
I have the following problems:
1) edit database file database.php, in the"local"part (host, database, user, password)
2) modify the "base_url" by putting ['base_url'] = 'http://www.example.com/'; (application/config/config.php)
I get a "500 error" (also by modifying the PHP version .. 5.4 to 7.4

yes mine webpanel is working, but android is stuck on splash screen

- created the Russian language
Switching from English to Russian, the menu disappears (turns into a vertical menu).
the language change "En-Ru", turns into a 10, with vertical menu
... next .. solved the menu and language (you have to enter the terms of the Russian menu, managing the language)
