For nulling replace content of app\Http\Controllers\Install\InstallController.php with content from previous 4.0 nulled

here you go with InstallController.php nulled with Complete Installation guide as some people might face blank Screen Error while Installation

@sunil334, remove .env file, empty database, on browser delete cookies and storage for the url you are using for the app and redo installation

I can confirm latest update works.
Remove .env from the zip , change the controller file in the zip (both downloaded from here)
and run the update, I'm now on latest with no issues
