When we cash any bill .. the default invoice layout file is printed .. and when we suspend any bill same default invoice layout is printed ..
Can anyone help me that when we suspend a bill is printed by another layout not by the default layout

Maybe it depends of the template/layout
guys, at the time of payment and there is a change. Why doesn't it appear when printing?
In my case i´m using POS-58,80 (Slim 2) Design and appears Cash-Change when printing.

Unfortunately deployed this in some functional businesses, had to and still have to keep pulling explanations out of thin air for some reports and the refund system that doesn't even make sense accounting wise. Thought it was me not really understanding basic principles/ Now I'm thinking of moving these businesses to a more stable ERP system. Tech is not even real.
But seriously, I'd like heads up on better alternatives out there.

I'm thinking about that... I know it's different in other countries... and the DIAN requirements don't seem easy or simple to do
