Don't know sometime mobile browser have this issue

@Near I share you one trick -

download thru mega desktop app / mega sync
when the limit hit pause the download and change the ip

if you are using router just switch off wait few mins switch on / in mobile put to airplane 20 sec and connect back

this will change the ip then resume the download

In mobile put airplane mode for a minute then turn off airplane mode or simply restart the mobile

In pc just switch off modem, switch on after a minute

Hi all, for best results with mega you need to use a VPN in order to switch IP addresses and resume downloads that have reached bandwidth quota for IP address.. switching IP with VPN will be alot easier for you
