You need to set i up via API call. Documentaion is in the whatsapp section at the bottom.

I didn't find the files you are talking about looking at a setwebhook file it looks like it saved some information in the database, but in the database I didn't find anything, does anyone have a version with the webhook working and how to remove the check from sms

Sometimes there is a situation where the chat bot becomes inactive. I don't think it's a cPanel problem.Be careful not to use chatbot's WhatsApp for bulk sending. Doing so may cause disruption. Always use Spintex
