I think the issue is with the image
This needs a fresh ssl cert
Please renew ssl cert on both domains
But first, delete old
Then issue a new SSL certification

Hello, thank you very much for your answer. I tried to do that but the button is not submitted. She indicated that this is what I did:
1 - Create a text button that has 1 image attached, text + footer description.
2 - Create a response from the bot that sends that button.
Result:
Only seen on WhatsApp web:
Image + text + description at the bottom (without the button).
On my cell phone (Android) absolutely nothing appears.
