it's on php 7.4 also i did try all others php version
there is no user.ini

anyone have working files in ../inc/public/whatsapp/views/pages/sub ? both message template and button. i use file from @sagar7906 button file, but send with image & spintax not working...

Hii HAVE THE SAME ISSUE.
I try with my servers I have
500 Internal Server Error
then i subscribe to Verpex cloud hosting package 1 month to test the script, I noticed that there is Node.js option available on their Cpanel , that I don't have, So the problem not from the script as I mentioned before, the problem from the server, now I'm looking for enable Node.js on Cpanel

Apparently, the url to generate the API call is not being generated properly. That's why the QR is not being displayed. The Response should generate a base64 string which will then be converted into a QR code image. I have purchased the Whatsapp plugin and I currently hve the API for whatsapp working Great lets hope we can fix this Soon

keep in mind if the SSL not activeated for the api subdomain the qr-code will not generated

I have the API domain with SSL active. That doesn't seem to be the issue.
I had struggle a bit while installing the PAID version of the Whatsapp Waziper plugin wiht API. So I'm almost sure this is an issue in this PHP standalone version. That's why I wanted to try it first.

just disable registration in admin panel, then set fb login or google login...

Successfully installed this script 
on my Shared Hosting Cpanel with the node.js module and everything was working perfectly.
QR code Loading successfully (after some attempts).
Button and List Template worked (after 2nd-time reinstallation)
but after my first bulk messaging campaign I sent only my 4 contacts for testing purpose, It stopped working. Now I can't send bulk messages. It's showing pending, How to fix it?

After many attempts, I finally managed to remove the OTP verification on Waziper, if you are interested I can make the necessary files available here to remove the OTP verification
