Getting the same error on v3.11.3, on a fresh WP 6.0 install.
I can't understand - why are you having problems?
Deactivate and delete the plugin.
Delete the site cache and refresh the page Ctrl+F5.
Optimize the Database with any plugin designed for this (for example: WP-Optimize).
Install the WP Rocket plugin via the WordPress Admin Panel.
I installed the plugin on 4 websites. All work correctly. I will share the installation steps.
1. Upload the new plugin (3.11.3)
2. Edit the file wp-rocket\inc\Engine\Admin\Settings\Page.php

'license_expiration' => __( 'Lifetime', 'rocket' ),
'license_class' => 'wpr-isValid',

Guys, v3.11.3 works perfectly, EXCEPT the Remove Unused CSS feature!!!
Steps to reproduce:
- Install WP Rocket v3.11.3
- Go to Optimize CSS Delivery and activate RUCSS
- You'll get an error because 3 new functions were added to the RUCSS, that check if the plugin is nulled.
So, to properly null it, besides the normal things you're doing, now you also need to edit another 3 RUCSS files in the plugin.
WTF... I see my Databases are very big. So I look and see "wp_wpr_rucss_used_css" is for example 5,2 GiB

Not on all sites and not with all themes, the REMOVE UNUSED CSS (BETA) option works correctly. It's in test mode. It is better to turn it off.
Activate LOAD CSS ASYNCHRONOUSLY.

To clean up the Database and Optimize it
there is a plugin: Advanced Database Cleaner PRO (v3.1.7)
Only you need to use it carefully.
Find and study video tutorials.
Before using the plugin, you need to make a backup of the Database.
@dgpalych It's not about what you think is best, as your personal opinion doesn't really matter.
Every user has different needs and requirements.
It's about the fact that in v3.11.3 WP Rocket has revamped the licensing mechanism and added some more checks in more files.
Also, taking into consideration the fact that they've added a paywall around their Beta RUCSS feature, means it's something important that is going to keep getting improved in the future.

Just remember the main point here....
You are getting all of this for FREE.
If you want everything working with full bells and whistles, then go spend the money and buy genuine licence, which you should be doing for this on a live client's site.
Not everything is going to work when using nulled versions, you expect that.

it's ok. Don't worry about that. rucss use for unused css for website. If big, don't cache query page
