I have had the same experience with the Autoptimize plugin. But with some themes there seems to be no problems at all. You always have to test this for yourself.
I agree 100%.
The Autoptimize plugin is better suited for simple blog-type sites. I used it on the blog, but the cache was not included.
For more complex sites, other plugins are needed.
In the same WP Rocket plugin there is a function: Database Optimization.
On complex sites, I prefer the Advanced Database Cleaner PRO plugin. It has all the functions of working with the Database.
You just need to be able to work with it. Activate only if necessary.
