I have tested it on some different sites and read various reviews from users of Swift.
I think it's not good for shared hosting at all.
Personally I am using Siteground and even with them (fairly good hosting) WP Rocket still destroys Swift, no matter how much I try to change settings and so on in Swift settings.
I would honestly never recommend that plugin, as 10% have great experiences, but 90% of users have the opposite.

I can only confirm this. Just finished my first site with Oxygen. It's blazing fast. You'll need some time to learn Oxygen, but once you get it, you'll never regret it. I'm addicted...
