SAME issue here.

UPDATE:

What is SUPER Strange is if I create a Staging site, ITS Backup & Migration works just FINE!
But still has NO effect on the parent site. 🤔🤔🤔

Error comes from the file wpstg-backup.js at line 169

Thank you for looking into this. Funny coincidence, I am actually in NEED of this TODAY.

Your version looks VERY different than mine, and this code is not there.
But I will continue to look for it, and keep this thread posted. 👍🏻

Please test for activation status & report back to me if it not works.
This plugin temporarily needs to be appraised @Tomz @NullMaster or some experts due to 2 warning alerts from my Norton & VirusTotal (Jiangmi)
However I have tested it already without any strange signals. I found the similar post on WP here

I set it for purpose that user cannot download it yet before complete check .Btw, your version is like it too 3 warning alerts :))

I checked, it seems safe and false positive
This is location of the detected file: wp-staging-pro\Frontend\views\header.php
Scanning this file on virustotal detects warnings, but checks inside file without any suspicious expression.

Norton alerts it too. Not only V.T, bro
Today, I re-check with Bitdefender advanced mode 2 times
1st time: safe
2nd time: alert
