Does anyone know why this error occurs when replying to live chat? (#100) Cannot tag messages with'HUMAN_AGENT' without prior approval.

1,. Addons Works Fine ,You just need to delete “.txt” file inside addon folders

2. Addons Are Original and 100% Clean , Trust On Babiato

I am planning to purchase original license of xerochat. I am also planning to purchase original addons bundle. Seems it already available here, I am worry that addons here wont work. Thank you for clarifying it.

Hello, thanks I updated to 7.2.3 and its now working though i have two issues,

1. Live chat throws an error

"An uncaught Exception was encountered

Type: Error

Message: Call to undefined method Subscriber_manager::get_facebook_instagram_dropdown()

Filename: /home/postadsh/xauto.postad.shop/application/controllers/Subscriber_manager.php

Line Number: 39"

2. How do i set up group posting? I have my app approved on all other permissions by facebook, I want to send a review for group posting. But when i go to my groups, when i search for the app i cant find it so i cant test it. I have activated the group option on settings page and my account shows all my accounts and i can even create posts to those groups but the posts cant be posted because i need to install the app on the group

Hello, I can help you, but now my computer is not around. The repaired file cannot be obtained, but you can find the repair method on the forum. You first find the 7.2.1 update in the previous information on the forum. There is a method to update the database in the txt file inside. You only need to update the ecommerce_product in the database to fix it.
