Please must i have my business registered to have facebook approve my app? They are asking me to verify my business by uploading some documents. I select: App Type: Business, Please help me out, i am lost

Hello, after uploading the home file to have the payments, I got error on Live Chat screen and when i remove the Home file and activate the default, the chat works fine.

I mistakenly click on update button and the license did nit work again , i reupload another one again, I got and error message " Oh no!
