did you try to reinstall the application see if its works. don`t forget to backup your old files first

Guys, why is this happening?
My live chat and my facebook chatbot is working but the instagram part is not working. I've already made all the necessary settings for the app on Facebook developers and still nothing!
Hello sir, may i know what am i missing here? After installation and setup with Facebook API already, after I click on Save, actually it appear like this. 403 erorr. I already tried to change all permission in all files and folders to full permission also tried to delete .htaccess replace with new fresh one. It still not work here. Please help suggest me some idea sir. Thank you in advance.

To updated, I just solved the issue here. The problem is because of ModSecurity blocked on my shared hosting. Then, i just contacted supporter to solve this issue. Now it is gone. Have a nice day everyone.
