You are correct, it all works fine and imports the full import option 100% fine.
If, like myself you get the 'link expired' error, then you can not add the Xtra theme with all 90+ demo templates in the demo folder.
Therefore, choose which template or templates that you want and only add those to the 'demo' folder in the zip file. Then you can fully import any of those chosen templates fully.
Note that I am only testing Elementor imports and not WPBakery and not ticking the option for adding the right to left option (RTL)
Finally,
@Kao X3 I forgot to mention last night, you can update straight to v4.4.4 within WordPress and it keeps your licence details within the Xtra tab.
However, you will need to reapply the null changes in theme editor for Xtra and the same for Codevz Plus in the plugin editor.
Here is my working zip file with all demos, including ones from
@TassieNZ as well (note that they are extracted and not just the zip file itself).
So, to finish, if you update to latest version of 4.4.4, reapply null changes in theme and plugin editor and make sure that only import the demos that are in your own demos folder, then it will work just fine.
Obviously, if we can get v4.4.4 then we can simply apply nulling and demos to that etc.
